We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or external territories at this time.

• Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD
• Express Shipping: $15.00 USD
• Free Express Shipping on orders over $150 USD

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 4 to 7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times begin from the moment the order is processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Order processing typically takes between 24 and 48 business hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order at any time from our "Track Your Order" page.

Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at soporte@mielpaws.shop within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will resolve the case as soon as possible.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee the change because the order will already be in the dispatch process.
