Refund Policy

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.

Refund Approval

If the return complies with our Return Policy, we will process the refund to the original payment method. The refund will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may grant partial refunds:

  • Products showing clear signs of use.
  • Products returned without original packaging or with missing items.
  • Products returned after the 14-day period but within a reasonable timeframe.

Pending or Unreceived Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since the refund approval and you have not received it, first check with your bank. If you still do not receive it after that, contact us at soporte@mielpaws.shop.

Exchanges and Promotions

Products purchased during promotions or with special discounts will only be refunded at the price actually paid, not the original price.
