How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. Order processing takes an additional 24 to 48 hours before shipment.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are working to expand coverage soon.

Can I change the address after purchasing?

Yes, within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that time, the order is already in the dispatch process, and we cannot guarantee the change.

Are your products safe for senior dogs?

We curate each product with the well-being of the senior dog in mind. However, before introducing routine changes, we recommend consulting a veterinarian.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess a replacement or full refund based on the damage.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please read our Return Policy for more details.
