Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging.
• In the same condition as received.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Products not eligible for return

• Opened supplements and consumables (for health safety reasons).
• Customized or tailor-made products.
• Final sale items.

How to initiate a return

Send an email to soporte@mielpaws.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the reason is a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we cover the full shipping cost and process a replacement or full refund.

Defective or damaged products during shipping

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the case with a free replacement or full refund.
